However, when I left the property to begin the application, I noticed the unit was not listed online. Not only that, but my phone calls were not being answered, and the main office somewhere in the Eastern Time Zone was of zero help. The customer representative couldn't even pronounce the name of the complex properly. The staff was not the friendliest, extremely un-informative, and overall had a condescending attitude.
